TRS Dispatch is operated by MTSA LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how TRS Dispatch handles information used to coordinate roadside service, service requests, business relationships, and communications.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you use TRS Dispatch, we may collect customer or business contact information, roadside service details, approximate or precise location information supplied for a service request, vehicle information, service capabilities and operating areas, communication preferences, consent and opt-out records, service communications, and limited technical or audit information needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We may use information to evaluate and coordinate roadside requests, communicate with customers and business participants, document choices and consent, honor opt-out requests, maintain service security, investigate delivery or support issues, prevent misuse, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

Information sharing

TRS Dispatch may share the minimum information reasonably needed with a customer, service provider, or vendor involved in operating or fulfilling a roadside request. We may also use hosting, security, location, payment, and communications vendors acting on our behalf.

We do not sell or share personal information for third-party marketing. Mobile numbers, mobile information, and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with affiliates or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Communications vendors may process information solely on our behalf to provide messaging services.

Location information

Location information may be used to understand where roadside assistance is needed and to coordinate service. Share location only when it is safe to do so. Access to precise service details is limited to authorized operational use.

SMS communications and choices

TRS Dispatch may send SMS messages to people who separately opt in, including service-request updates, status notifications, dispatch communications, and other service-related or operational messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or using TRS Dispatch. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Retention

We may retain service, consent, opt-out, security, and audit records for as long as reasonably needed for operations, safety, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal or compliance obligations.

Security

TRS Dispatch uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
