Who we are and what these Terms cover

TRS Dispatch is operated by MTSA LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the TRS Dispatch website and to SMS communications when a person separately opts in.

Separate terms may apply to certain business participants or arranged services. These public Terms do not replace those separate agreements. Using the website or accepting any other agreement does not by itself give SMS consent.

Website use and roadside coordination

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting TRS Dispatch. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit another person's information without permission.

TRS Dispatch coordinates commercial roadside service. Availability depends on the location, service requested, and available service resources. Website information or a submitted inquiry does not guarantee a response time or completed service. Any applicable service or payment terms are provided separately when service is arranged.

Share roadside details or location information only when it is safe. For an emergency or immediate danger, contact emergency services.

SMS

People who give separate, affirmative SMS consent may receive service-request updates, status notifications, dispatch communications, and other service-related or operational messages from TRS Dispatch. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or using TRS Dispatch. Consent is requested separately and is not implied by using the website, requesting service, or accepting another agreement.

To opt out, reply STOP to a TRS Dispatch SMS message. To get help, reply HELP or contact support@trsdispatch.com. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message; further automated SMS messages will stop unless you separately opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS delivery for emergency assistance.
